I was born and raised in Indonesia, originally went to college in the US but eventually graduated in Taiwan after doing an exchange year in Japan. Currently, I’m working at Taipei-based Cornerstone Ventures as an analyst, where we invest in Asian startups.
As a junior VC analyst, I realize that I’m actually really dumb and don't know much about the industries I'm looking at, or how the tech actually works.
This substack is my attempt at learning about stuff actively through writing to educate myself.
I’ll also be writing about other thoughts that come up from time to time and expand on them.
